Summary: So I started off OK until we asked the manager or whoever was training the other associate if we could get our room clean and we also asked like the lead to Lady and when we return from going out to lunch and coming back later on that evening after sightseeing and games room was still dirty we called the office to the front desk and they said they will bring us towels. Let them know next time or the day in events. They proceeded and brought his health about an hour and a half to two hours later and bed sheets so me and my spouse had to make her own bed and sweep all the trash you know sweep up, clean up you know what we’re out in typical stuff and she clean the toilet Which we found mold on the tile shall I say more

Summary: Very clean but definitely some maintenance issues. Several broken floor tiles in the bathroom, for example. Front desk person lacked professionalism in her appearance and communication. We checked in at 10pm so maybe she was the B team but for $200 a night, do better. Super clean and comfortable though.

Summary: the hotel itself was in need of an upgrade. got there early for check in to be able to go in the pool and the water was greenish. the hot tub water was kind of foggy and gray. the beds were comfortable, the mattress on the pull out couch was paper thin and yellow. the rooms were big but the tv was so small.

Summary: This was the perfect location for our mini family getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our beds were super comfy. We had an emergency and my husband had to take my son to the emergency room late the evening we stayed. Since I was left without a vehicle with my daughter, the woman at the front desk so kindly extended our checkout time to wait on someone to pick us up. We ended up checking out early, but I so appreciated the accommodation to our emergency.

Summary: Very disappointed in the lack of quality at this hotel. We had a 2 night stay and our room was not cleaned the 2nd day. The breakfast was not only poor, but many items were not available (yogurt/eggs/milk). They had a heavily leaking pipe the whole time and it was disturbing to see the massive amounts of water being wasted. The hallways and stairwells were dirty. Do not recommend!
